Khamir Patel is the Founder, President and CEO of KHP Homes. Since early on, Khamir was fascinated by the construction process and had the opportunity to be involved alongside his father on multiple hotel construction and renovation projects in Florida. While his father continued on in the hospitality industry, more specifically operations and day-to-day management, Khamir further developed his interest in construction. Khamir secured his state certified general contractor license and developed the Tampa based construction company, KHP Homes, known for successful development of Residential and commercial properties including large custom homes, hotels, medical offices, and apartment complexes.

Falgoon Patel manages the daily pre-construction activities at KHP Homes, including sales, marketing, estimating, and custom plan design, as the Director of Business Development. Falgoon believes that setting realistic expectations, maintaining open communication, and demonstrating integrity throughout the design-build process are crucial towards creating a positive brand experience and building high-quality custom luxury homes. Notably, he has designed multiple custom home plans, for Season 2 of HGTV's, "100 Day Dream Home." In addition, Falgoon has been influential in adopting best practices from the DOE Zero Energy Ready Home, EPA Energy Star, EPA Indoor AirPlus, FGBC Green Home, and Florida Water Star certification programs, to solidify KHP Homes' position as Tampa Bay's leader in high-performance, green-home construction.
Falgoon holds a BS in Marketing Management and a Master's Degree in Data Analytics from Western Governors University, where he was recognized as a recipient of WGU's Excellence Award. Falgoon has shown an interest in engineering, technology, and leadership from a young age. He led his middle school robotics team to a NJ state championship and set a new record at Walter L. Sickles Sr. High School, in Tampa, FL, for the balsa wood tower contest. Prior to joining KHP Homes, Falgoon was a Sr. Product Specialist for Sony Electronics, assisting in the sale of luxury home theater products and low voltage system design. He also worked as the Marketing Manager for a local HVAC contractor where he learned more about mechanical engineering while implementing strategic marketing campaigns to propel the company with triple-digit growth. In his free time, Falgoon likes to travel with family, volunteer with Strive for College, and play NBA2K on PS5!

McNamara Design has been transforming homes across the country for more than 20 years. She is a licensed Interior Designer who holds a degree in Interior Design as well as a BA in Psychology.
Having experience in a variety of aspects and disciplines of architecture and interiors, Susan has designed more than 50 homes including new construction and renovations. She has worked across the US in places such as Florida, Hawaii, Wyoming, Montana and Colorado.
Her designs exhibit an eye for unique details, vivacious color and artistic command of traditional and modern styles alike.
Susan is an innovative thinker who loves the diversity of each project as well as all aspects of the design process. She understands what it takes to make a project look and feel just right and takes the time to thoroughly understand each client's needs and goals. Susan "does it all" for her clients making the design process simple and enjoyable from the conceptual design to move in day!
